Skyrim Make A Follower Kit
- Save the file and name it follower. (Make sure to save it as a text file.) Step 2: Place the follower.txt file into your Skyrim folder. (Should be C: Program Files Steam steamapps common Skyrim) Step 3: Run Skyrim, open the console and with the desired NPC selected type bat follower. That's really all.
- Oct 24, 2012 Ive always wanted to make Babette as a follower, but the BabetteFollower mod and XvisionChildren face mod conflicts each other. I am left with no option but go into CK and do it myself, but after hours of attempts. All I can do is get Babettes interaction.
The SkyrimCreation Kit is a built-in tool that allows players to create mods for Skyrim. The mods are downloadable in the Steam Workshop on PC.
Im creating a female follower with the FemaleSultry voice option, and cant find just the Player option in RelationshipChild NPC, just PlayerInventory. Im using the layered menu in the CK, not the Object Window.
According to Bethesda, the Creation Kit will allow fans to 'upload, download, and install custom content through the Skyrim Workshop on Steam making sharing mods easier than ever before.'
The following specs are recommended before installing the high-res texture pack: [1]
- Windows Vista or 7 operating system
- Minimum of 4GB of system RAM
- DirectX 9.0c compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with at least 1 GB of RAM and the latest drivers

- Fall of the Space Core Vo1 1 - This mod was created by Valve themselves. 'Valve and Bethesda have teamed up to bring you the Portal 2 Space Core mod, which will let the aggressively space-centric little robot tag along on your adventures in Tamriel.'
Skyrim Creation Kit How To Make A Follower
Skyrim Follower Maker
After using other people's mods for over a year - and getting reasonably good and it! - I've finally taken the plunge into writing mods of my own. I've had a lot of fun following the creation kit tutorials out there for creating a custom NPC-follower - or (what I'm interested in): customizing a vanilla follower.
My goal is to customize one of the game's vanilla mage followers to act as a healer in an adventuring group staring Yours Truly, Vilja and maybe an archer. (I want to stick to vanilla followers so that Vilja will talk to them. I love the sense of a group that belongs together!)

But this magic business gets real complicated real fast! I've been able to get Erandur to do more magic and less whalloping - I've even added a couple new spells to his (meager) collection - but my quest to turn, say, Erandur or Arenea into a healer is turning out to be tough. After spending an afternoon examining advanced companion mods with healing capacities (Cerwiden and Vilja for instance), I'm completely lost. The stuff these people are doing is mind-bogglingly complex.
Getting a follower to use healing spells effectively seems to involve combinations of quests (?) and scripts, but I don't know where to start! So ... can anyone point me to a tutorial that'll help me acquire the necessary modding chops?
